The system focuses on police reporting for road accident. This system supports two types of users - (1) accident victims and (2) police officer. They can login to the system based on their authorization level. Important to realize that visitors must create an account before making accident report.

The system not only allows accident victims to making an accident report but also can allow accident victims to upload pictures as evidence of the accident. GPS location function gives accident victims a way to allocate the exact location. It eases the accident victims and save their time.

Other than that, reports can also be generated from the system, but it will be in PDF format. The system not only allows accident victims to view their accident history but also share the report to the insurance companies for accident claims.

One of the target users of the system is police officers who are responsible to manage the system. The police officer has the authority to issue summons and user can pay the summons via the app. Accident victims and police officer can comment on the accident report that accident victims submitted. Besides that, police officer is able to generate monthly accident report which has been made by accident victims. With the proposed mobile application, it is expected to automate the laborious manual process for tracking and filing of police report and reduce queue waiting times at the police station

One of the problems with the manual system is that if you caught in a car accident in a particular location, the accident victims have to make a police report within 24 hours of the accident at the nearest traffic police station. This creates inconveniences for the accident victims as they have to make the police report at the respective traffic police station. Accident victims have to look up and know which respective traffic police station in order to report the accident. Such system is troublesome for accident victims or the witnesses, and wastes a lot of time
