Ipoh Gua Tambun
Tambun Cave is located in the limestone hills of Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
The cave paintings are red due to the type of red mineral or Hematite stone used by prehistoric humans to paint objects seen in their daily lives. Now, the foothills of Gua Tambun still can find Hematit. Inside the Tambun Caves there is a valuable treasure of ancient paintings believed from the Neolithic age of about 3000 to 4000 years ago.
